About me
Rebekah is a devoted mom of six, ranging in age from 6 to 18, who brings her passion for homeschooling and discipleship into every aspect of her life. As a former classroom teacher, she thrives on the unique challenge of educating multiple ages and skill levels simultaneously—including meeting the needs of her child with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
A lifelong learner, Rebekah's days are anything but idle. She cherishes curling up with a good book alongside her kids, dreaming up outdoor adventures, and tackling the ever-growing stack of books on her nightstand. In the kitchen, she channels her creativity into crafting meals that accommodate her family’s dietary needs, and with a degree in music, she brings rhythm, part-singing, and sight-singing lessons into their daily lives.
While her love of the English language, delight in a well-crafted sentence, and sharp eye for grammar may not have fully transferred to her children, Rebekah has instilled in them a deeper gift: a daily rhythm of memorizing scripture, singing hymns, and learning the value of working together as a family.
Rebekah lives in the heart of rural eastern Kansas with her husband, six children, and a lively menagerie of canines, felines, poultry, bovines, ovines, and one charming equine.
